really nice
This really did turn out to be much nicer, and more sturdy than I anticipated. I had help putting it together but with three people, got it installed in an afternoon. There were some minor instruction errors, but we were able to figure it out and it is a great addition to my outdoor living space (but without the mosquitos!)

Decent addition
I purchased this to install onto a deck. It doesn't affect the load of the deck dramatically, so no extra reinforcement was necessary for the deck's foundation. Everything arrived a couple days early. Instructions are a little vague in some spots. Wall assembly was fast and easy. I've done this type of roof panel assembly before on a Gazebo, so for me it was fast and easy the second time around, It took 2 people 6 hours to assemble. plan for this to be a full day job.So some tips I used and learned from the installation:1. Lay out all the parts to easily identify them when needed.2. Assemble the walls.3. DO NOT mark and set the roof brace as they instruct.4. Install the side gable ends with the outside roof rafters.5. Use the outside roof rafters as your guide to set the roof brace against the building.6. Install the roof panels, upper first, and then lower.7. Install the bottom door track which will straighten the walls.8. Install the upper door track to the door, and then install the door. The instructions want you to try installing the door with both tracks at the same time. Much easier and faster doing it bottom track first.I like the polycarbonate roof, and door material. I'm not a fan of the window material. Poke the window with your finger, and it leaves a mark. If it's nothing catastrophic, it will heal itself. There's a felt insulation for the roof panels, but nothing for the windows. This is why they say it's not waterproof. It's been up for a few days with rain. It leaks from the kick panels at the bottom of the walls, and around the windows. I can fix the kick panels with brown caulk. I'm going to go around the screens with brown caulk as well since they don't move. The windows may take a bit of engineering with some gasket material and contact cement. There's a small gap at the peak of the sun room between the roof bracket, and the wall bracket that can get filled with caulk. It doesn't leak, but still gong to seal it up. Last item is to caulk around the walls, so water doesn't seep in that way.My wife loves it.UPDATE: I put down some outdoor carpet (recycled plastic), and hard foam insulation between the deck joists. This made it really nice to relax in. I was hoping to keep the cold air out. The Northwest winter is in full swing here in Washington State, and the insulation did a good job keeping the cold air from coming in through the cracks in the deck. BUT! With all the rain there was a large amount of water accumulating inside. I removed the insulation as it was in danger of molding. I had every seam sealed with caulking around the screens, kick panels, roof, and base. I quickly noticed the doors... The doors are mounted inside the walls. The door frame steps down into the sun room. Rain hits the door, runs down, and into the sun room. There's no way I can see to fix this. I'm picking up some recycled rubber pavers from Lowe's to replace the carpet. Maybe raising the floor will allow the water to drain out under the pavers. Bottom line - Don't expect to have a dry floor in the winter or rainy seasons if you install this on a solid surface.

Although I love it, it's a very cheap kit
Before my review. Please be advised to never ever ever contact a seller before buying. This is a scam, and I see one here trying to sell you this for far less than its value. This is a scam. With that said...I purchased the 8x12 for $1667 through Amazon warehouse. I would Not buy this kit for a dollar more. Although I love it, it's a very cheap kit. It looks beautiful and gets the job done, but the windows are very thick plastic wrap. Not hard plastic... You can press your finger into it and it is like rubber. I imagine with dogs or kids this type of window covering won't last long at all.The kit comes with screens and 2 doors. The description didn't mention screens anywhere, so that was a nice bonus as I wasn't expecting screens. It's easy to put up, but due to the terrible instructions you will be adding hours of build time for no other reason but terrible instructions. So thanks for that Gazebo Penguin.I like the added space. I like the room in general. But if you don't get it for less than Amazon is suggesting you pay... Do not buy it. I'd be livid if I spent nearly 3k on this thing. But for 1600...it wasn't a terrible price for it.

Roof is way too delicate and needs replacement after one storm
Update... the seller wanted about a grand for replacement roof panels that would last a few months.I made my own instead! It's not as sunny in there now, but after a LOT of work, it might have a roof that will weather a few storms. :)Not worth it - especially if you live anywhere that gets hail, AT ALL. After a relatively minor hail storm, every single panel in the roof looks like the attached picture. THESE ARE HOLES!!! Perfectly hail shaped. It seems that the roof material is extremely delicate, and I am going to have to find a way to replace it with something that doesn't break when you sneeze. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is that I do enjoy having the extra space and the wall construction is not horrible.Best I can say is - if you have the extra money to invest in replacing the roof and possibly the windows with better materials, go for it. But it might be cheaper in the long run just to build a real room instead of getting one from a box.

Great price and look good on my patio.
It's great affordable, easy to install, my 14 years old daughter helped me it's fun.

Cheap Plastic Structure
As a contractor that has had the unfortunate luck of having to install a few of these, I will never install another one. The saran wrap they use for the windows is absolute junk. Nothing is cut right. Spend the extra and have a contractor build you something out of more solid materials. Don't waste your money on this.
