Great consistent product
This is the second prurchase from this company and I am so impressed by the quality and consistency of my purchases. I have other products that do not even compare to these sea salts.

Almost?
In the past products the grate on the mixture was finer. Unless it’s a finishing salt it should be finer for cooking. Sadly, everything is chopped much larger now and I’m not like that as much as the earlier product.

This salt has NO flavor and noisture. Terrible!

Just what I was looking for
This is a spectacular finishing salt. Taste is as expected for its provenance and the flaky material is not riddled with large crystals. The flakiness of the particles is very consistent. Highly recommended for the sea-salt aficionado!
