Stealth CamFusion XPro 36MP Dual Carrier Hunting Trail Camera (AT&T and Verizon) (Treebark Camo) Bundle with 32GB SD Card and Card Reader (3 Items)

I bought a 4 pack of the stealthcam Fusion XPro. 3 out of the 4 are working well. I have one that keeps saying the account is not found. It shows on the homepage that it is pending. It has been pending since Sept 5th. I tried erasing the card like it said on the phone info that was playing as I was on hold. Now the erase is still in pending! I have changed batteries, tried different cards. It has not worked since day one. On my account it says it is activated and they have charged my account for it. I have tried 4 times to call. I was on hold for almost an hour every time until I finally gave up. I am on hold again now as I type this. I am over listening to the ads over and over again as I wait for support. This is ridiculous! I will not order one of these cameras again if this is how we are treated.

Had it several weeks now and it has been reliable so far. Although my purpose hasn’t been outdoor or extreme. I use it as a backup to Wi-Fi cameras at home so I can at least see things are okay. Mostly, I like the on-demand option to get a picture when I want. I get the 1200 pictures per month for $8. I have it setup for one hour motion delay and this keeps me well under the 1200 limit and still get plenty of motion activated pictures. And can shorten the interval if more frequent pictures are needed. They have enough options for me. One suggestion would be for them to allow a regularly scheduled picture, say every 15 or 30 minutes, regardless of motion.

IT DOESN'T SEND ANY PICTURES, IV SYNC IT 4 TIMES AND CALL SUPPORT PEOPLE 3 TIMES, THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL AND ITS BEEN A WEEK SINCE IV SET THE CAMERA UP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
