To shield the ring door bell from inclement weather

Well made and easy to install.

Fits the doorbell 4 well and keeps normal rain off the lens. The hood clips the top corners of the picture but not enough to worry about.Simple to fit, behind the doorbell using the original screws.

We installed a new outdoor light about the ring however these new LED things create a far brighter light and it washed out all view on the Ring camera. This reinstated it straight away apart from a few radial white lines that I think is reflection from the inside of the hood part. If this was matt then I feel it may be reduced. This is a small price to pay so we don't have to relocate the light or Ring and it actually looks really smart and makes the Ring more visible to users. It does look like it is part of the camera and for anyone that maybe has a Ring that takes a bit of rain this will provide a little shelter for a less wet camera. I would recommend and good buy for sure.

It does the job but is rather expensive for what it is as, it is only made out of very flimsy plastic so not sure how long it will last.

I have cctv but I wanted more direct on the front door this bit of kit is perfect, easy to fix , set up you need a bit of reading first, adding a second user was fidley but needed for wife, pay attention to data protection etc and scanning on your ringbell, but all can be easy adjusted, via mobile phone , instructions warn you of the screws being used this is very important due to fire hazards from battery, but once set up viewing is 100perc perfect, we'll worth cost at moment on discount, adding extras are OK.Down side batteries two types fixed type none removable and removable which you pull out on site this is not mentioned, check before ordering as pain in backside returning batteries.

Easy to install. I only had to remove the 2 top screws, just loosen the 2 bottom screws and slide it down the back of my Ring video doorbell plus model. Does what it advertised, no glare or raindrops on the camera. Highly recommend.

Très belle réalisation par imprimante 3D, le résultat est impeccable. De plus, grâce à la possibilité de régler la casquette en hauteur, on trouve forcément la position recherchée.Je ne voulais pas mettre de protection au départ, mais à la première pluie, l’eau s’est infiltré à l’intérieur du support de sonnette. J’ai donc préféré ne pas insister et j’ai acheté cette protection qui se monte en moins de 5 minutes chrono.Un rapport qualité/prix très correcte et l’ensemble a l’air solide. À voir dans la durée.Je vous conseille de ne pas hésiter à protéger votre Ring Doorbell des éléments car cela fragilise à la fois l’esthétique de la sonnette, mais également ses composants. L’investissement sera très vite rentabilisé.
