Q: Stopped working. New batteries, cleaned the whole thing. Nothing. Can it be fixed?

Check the on/off (automatic/manual) switch on the back of the trash can (right side in picture shown) to verify it is in automatic mode. Use a multi-meter (the DC voltage setting) to check if each of the four batteries have an adequate charge. Use the multi-meter inside the battery compartment without batteries present, set on resistance (ohms/omega symbol) to verify the pathway for the electrical circuit is not broken (one lead to touching the terminal on the far left of the battery compartment, the other lead touching the terminal on the far right; reading should be 0 to show current can flow successfully). Make sure the lid is installed correctly (sitting properly on top of the trash canister). (If none of that works, say a Prayer, three Hail Mary's, & eat some chocolate - maybe you'll feel better before you have a friend come over to help you out!)

Q: Hi , the picture said 11" but package dimensions said 13", what is the correct measurement?

Package dimensions show the size of the box it will be shipped in.

Q: is this also voice activated?

No. And it's not motion activated either. I bought one it doesn't work. I bought several batteries thinking it might be the batteries and it wasn't. It's a piece of junk do not buy Still waiting for a response from the seller because they want me to pay to ship it back.

Q: Why the delivery charge for Prime customer?

Amazon isn't hiding anything--look closely. This IS NOT a Prime product. If it's not labeled Prime, you don't get free shipping. You can filter out all the non-Prime products if you want, but this is no mystery. It's certainly not hidden if you bother to read the description.
