Good for chromecast
Bought this for my chromecast, fit perfectly and worked perfectly. I've only had it for a few days, but so far so good.

Works, but...
(Using with Fire Stick) 4 stars because it does not work with original fire stick wall adapter - continually cycles thru “optimizing system storage” screen.HOWEVER, it does work when powered by my TV’s USB port (and other wall adapters, I would assume)

Did Not Work With Fire TV Stick
Cable did not work with Fire TV stick, kept rebooting constantly. When I plugged the stick in with the OEM power cord that came with the unit it worked perfectly. Since it was a brand new stick I called Amazon support to see if they could help. Total waste of time. Offshore rep was extremely difficult to understand and never even asked if I was using the original power cord. I found the fix online myself. All she kept repeating was to unplug the stick for 30 seconds and change HDMI inputs. Returning this cord.

It's sufficient and affordable
I like that it's long enough to plug into my fire TV ,which my TV is mounted on the wall, to the outlet below.
