I have tried other fiber cleaners and had issues with them. These seem to work just fine. Close inspection of the tips do not show the issues I was seeing with others. The price of the package is a bargan. So far I have had good results using the cleaners. It is nice to have both sized in one purchase. I can recomend these fiber cleaners.

Easy to use . Packaging could be better.

When I first saw this I thought it would be great to have to clean in tight spaces but I think it's only for certain things. Guess I should have read the description better.

I tested these on a few patch cables I had. No real way to see if it did much, but it can be a good tool to keep things clean when you move cables around. They are lightweight, so having them in your tech bag is good.

Goth these mainly to have around as I am accumulating more devices with fiber optic cables, including fiber optic HDMI cables. Tested, ad seem to work well. Recommend if you are doing your own sound and video installations, and have some fiber optic cables floating around. 2 sizes included, one is good for older or network fiber, smaller tip unit is good for the newer very thin fiber cables currently on the market.

I don't often need to clean fiber interfaces, but when I do then these work well. Of course, there are professional tools that cost WAY more that are appropriate for the field tech who is performing this work daily. For me, however, ensuring that the interfaces on used equipment I purchase for personal use are clean and prepared for my use is my use-case for these cleaners and in that role they are performing superbly. They are easy to use and the instructions, while not perfect, are clear enough to get the gist of it and perform the cleaning. Again, for the cost you can't go wrong if your usage is similar to mine.

This is just like the one-click fiber optic cleaner my employer provides, but at a fraction of the cost they pay. It has the usual features, dual-purpose cap (dust cap for the port cleaner and aligner for cleaning connectors), extends to reach through the fiber mess inherent to dense patch panels, window for viewing how much you've consumed.I still prefer my employer-provided ones because they're free, but when the red tape of procurement gets too thick, I use these to keep up with my deadlines... and I cannot tell the difference in performance between these and the expensive ones my employer gets.

This Pen type tool also let's you clean deep inside fiber patch panels. You simply insert the Ferrule or the Pen itself in the patch panel and press. As you press a bit of thread winds and the Pen tip spins. This allows you to usually get an excellent and very fast clean. You can't go wrong with these cleaners and I consider them a must have!!
