I have very heavy flow and so have used this underwear with pads and it has worked very well to catch any overspill. It's also worked perfectly overnight - no leaks, no mess - no more washing sheets and mattress etc - if you know, you know. I've also now got so much more confidence while I'm out and about, no longer worrying or stressing about leaks. On lighter days, I wore this without pads and this underwear was comfortable and effective - fit for purpose. I'm also one of those who tend to get allergic reactions to certain pads and this underwear means I get relief from having to wear them. It's a plus all round. They are easy to clean/wash. Very happy with this purchase.Just in case - I thought I was only buying 1 pair per purchase and ended up with 12 pairs!! SO.... check the listing. It turned out I bought four x 3 pair packs. It turns out they're quite good value for money compared to most advertised brands!

These work well for their purpose, the thicker material is great for heavy flow. Fit well and are comfortable.

I'd recommend these if you prefer not to wear pads when sleeping and want a comfortable sleep without worrying about leaking. They are very comfortable, im a size 12/14 and the L size fit perfect. The back feels a little baggy at first but after a wash they seem to fit better. If you want to wear these instead of pads all the time I recommend buying more then one pair and changed them every 4hrs depending on how heavy you flow is Or if you'd just like to wear them towards the end of your period then they work great. Id recommend if you have a heavy flow to probably not wear these out and about as while they don't leak , you can feel "wet". Lighter days you don't notice. They wash fine, I personally hand wash/ rinse off first before putting them in the washing machine with DARK clothing . I put mine out to air dry, if you have multiple pairs then there is no rush for them to dry but I found mine dry within a day or less if it's sunny.

I have an autistic daughter with learning difficulties so periods have been very challenging. I purchased some expensive period pants in the past but I needed some more so I thought I'd give these a go as the reviews where good, and boy am I glad. My daughter has sensory needs but these are so comfortable for her. She says the feel good(which is a big thing for her) she also has extremely heavy periods but they haven't leaked once even after 8 hours (when she's at school). Absolutely buy these, absorbent as the expensive ones and feel very comfortable.

They are so so helpful, especially as someone who hates pads and tampons. Definitely a good value for money as they are reusable. They fit as described but are also stretchy enough if it's a bit on the small side or whatever. The colour is as described and they look good and they're very discreet. The padding is very good too and they're good at their job

I used a tape measure my hips to ensure that I bought the correct size (I am a UK 8) but they fit very tight and not well. The waistband has ripped on one pair after one use.

One pair ripped at waistband after first wear so that was disappointing. Other two pairs seem to be okay, Feel a bit flimsy however absorbency is pretty good. No leaks so far and usually my period is quite heavy. These are a good alternative to pads, just be wary of poor quality and longevity. Maybe size up as well as they seem a little tight around the leg. I am size 14-16 and got size L, XL may have been better. These are however a good alternative to the expensive brands.

Got these for my daughter. She absolutely loved them now ordering more. She said they were very comfortable to sleep in and no leaks.

Son cómodos y la talla me parece adecuada, son bastante absorbentes y por lo mismo tardan en secarse después de lavarlos. Cubren hasta la parte de atrás lo cual podría hacerlos un poco calurosos pero protegen perfecto. Son lo mejor para dormir pero también los uso de día y cumplen su función sin problema.

I finally tried these on a heavy flow day and omg I am so glad I found these. They do everything they say they will, have great absorbency, and the price is a great value (especially considering that the multipack for these was the price of one pair of undies from other "major" brands). My goal was to use these as a full replacement product (i.e., free flowing straight to undies, not in combination with other products like pads, period cups, etc.). For me personally, I want replacement products due to the environmental and financial benefits and these definitely satisfied that goal. I tested throughout my entire cycle and these did not feel wet, they are really comfortable, and they do not move around or make noise when sitting, walking, or doing any kind of movement really. I am still getting used to using items other than the traditional pads, so I was definitely nervous and kept checking for leakage. But Every.Single.Time Nope! Nada! Zip! Zero leakage! Oh, and I tried them out overnight - same ultra satisfactory results. I know, I know, I probably should not be this excited about period underwear, but I guess maybe I'm getting old because I am so happy about these haha. I would definitely buy again.

They are very delicate to wash but I’m happy with them.
