This seat cushion offers good support and is contoured to accommodate the normal anatomy of our lower spine. It is made of dense memory foam and doesn't go flat after hours of sitting. The cover can be removed and washed in laundry machine. Highly recommend if you have experienced back pain from sitting for extended periods of time.

I bought this to provide relief when I sit in the bleachers scouting baseball… it folds and fits in my backpack… I realized that they make bleacher seats with back rest, they do not help with sciatic pain, they can be bulky and require you to carry something else… this was perfect… I will be purchasing another one for my wife.

So i recently had hip replacement surgery and am waiting for my other hip to be replaced. Sitting on my computer chair while trying to work can be a nightmare so before i got a new chair i figured i would in the meantime get a cushion. Well, I'm going to have to get something different. It's not comfortable and seems to only stay in place or not hurt other parts of my body like my back if i sit up on it instead of how i should sit in it and then it slips away and the cushion seems to be not very good because after about an hour it feels like I'm sitting on a hardware floor. I gave it 3 stars because it doesn't hurt my hip. but just my butt. So it kind of worked. Just not for me so I'll be searching again for something else.

I have these on basically every hard seat in my house. They are great and very comfortable.

The two points that flip up in the back kept me from being able to lean against the back of my office chair, which was very uncomfortable. I did use it in a different chair for about a week and also noticed that it compressed and did not spring back.

I have a herniated disk and sitting for any long period isn't advised- but I have to work so I have to sit.I wasn't expecting a miracle but I can honestly say that this cushion has increased the length of time I can sit for before experiencing pain. Whereas before I would be feeling twinges after about 20mins of sitting, I can now sit for 1/2 hours before experiencing any pain.I also appreciate the little guide included with washing instructions and some exercises/holds to help alleviate pain by strengthening the glutes and lower back muscles. I haven't checked out their site but they have video tutorials available too.

Great cushion well designed and it does take the pressure of the hip joints, would be perfect for long distance drivers or office workers

When the product arrived I was so excited. It is very comfortable and supportive! I even ordered one for my housemate. Unfortunately, after less than two months the foam has broken and degraded. My product might have been deffective as my housemate's one is fine. Still irritating though.
