Wish it was a little sturdier for people with larger dogs
We used this product for our chocolate lab in our Ford Escape and it did help deter him from jumping into the backseat but I just wish it was a little more supportive. The elastic bands used to hang it up are very stretchy so if he leaned into it, it would start to give pretty easily. So if you're looking for something to keep a very determined dog from the front of the car, then this may not be the right product for you. But if you have a small dog or one that is deterred just by seeing the barrier then this product should work fine.

Falling Apart In Weeks
Does it work? I see a great idea with so many complications. First the hooks it comes with fall apart easy. Then It kind of weird trying to figure out where to hook it up, and I consider myself a handy and creative gal. The 3rd thing as I went into the store real quick and came out my girl was in the front seat when I got back and I only went to an ATM for a few minutes. Maybe with some re-tweeking I can get it to work? But If I had to go through such trouble, then why purchase this?

Ok for the price
I wouldn't necessarily recommend this product. It didn't fit that well in my truck and my dogs ended up making holes in no time at all. Maybe if you have calm dogs this would work, but it didn't prevent my dogs from getting in the front seat.

Easy to put up despite no directions included
Easy to put up despite no directions included. However way to flimsy for a large to medium dog. My dog pawed over it in 2 seconds.

If you have an active dog while driving this system will not last.

I found this product flimsy. It looks more like a cargo net to hold groceries from rolling forward than a devise that can stop a dog from doing so.When I went to install it, one of the four rubber bands that are supposed to hold it in place flip and I have no idea where it went.
