I believed that people who are in a Career transition or planning to do so, should read this book, which will help them identify and understand the process of career management, exploration, awareness, but specially the economic, physical and, psychological, personal and professional impact in any life stages.

It's a book..

Exactly the book I needed. Relevant, up to date, and valuable insights into the class I needed it for in my master's program.

This book was required for a class but I really like it. It is presented in a relevant and interesting manner.

There are many online resources mentioned in the book for free download, however, those websites are not existing. When I contacted the Author, after finding his mail id from his University, he told that 'the publisher for the 4th edition is Sage and I can try accordingly'. I, therefore, had no option but to return the book by courier (additional cost and wastage of time). I will be getting refund after deduction of 20%.When the publication is changed and the resources are not made available to the buyer, why the book is sold at full price with no one ready to take responsibility for the lack of resources against which the book is priced and the buyer is attracted. Moreover, the author is not responsible enough to help the reader/buyer by making those resources available. Such books should be withdrawn from the shelf or the buyer may be compensated.

The book offers a very good strategy to prepare the next career steps professionally. It helped me to ask myself the right questions and to further optimize my profile.

Very interesting content. This book is a reference in its domain. I'm sure I'll refer to it in the future.
