Short storyI don't know why some people complain they were missing parts. I had ordered 3 of them all had all the parts and it was stupid easy to assemble.It gets hot stays hot i don't go over 120 for me that is plenty i sweat in 20-30 minutes so much. I don't have to preach benefits of sauna here u know it that's why u are here.Great quality + awesome seller communication and support.Long storyBought my first one had problem and control board burned out i tough i had lemon. I just send it back and bought 2 more one for me one for my mom. Seller reached out to me and told me first batch had problem with the boards they can send replacement it is easy to replace. Well i said i don't have problem with them yet I'll let u know if i need them. 2 months in boards burned as they had defensive design i reached out to this seller he send me new upgraded boards fast i install them in couple minutes they work perfectly. I think if you are buying something like this you should have support from seller when need parts or have questions because Amazon customer support was useless all they said send it back. I did not want to send it back it hustle and i really like the product i need parts well they can help u with that this is where communication with seller it's super important that is how u build trust and that's why I recommend this exact product to couple of my friends already.
