Snapped apart first use! Was using as backup, it was unable to lock completely to the Pro 3 camera, luckily camera fell down onto a rubber mat. I doubt this is a genuine Matterport product.

Molto delicato e fragile: al minimo urto si rompe. Ne comprati diversi, alcuni difettosi: si è svitato il doppio dado interno e non funziona più l’effetto frizione cosicché girando a vuoto non serve a nulla. Per non perdere tempo con la garanzia ho dovuto aprirlo per serrare meglio i dadi. L’azienda secondo me dovrebbe migliorarlo. Tutti quelli che aggiusto poi non mi danno più problemi.
