I bought these to cover the cracked and peeling bonded leather crap on my chair (never ever ever buying bonded leather seating ever again btw). I have a lay-z-boy-something-or-other-manager-chair and these fit the long arms pretty well. Heck they stretch so much that my chair arms could be much longer and still fit these.Sometimes they slingshot across the room when I'm getting out of my chair. I guess I'm pulling on them by accident sometimes, I dunno; kind of annoying, but funny.They are kind of rough, but not bad.

Had to cover long arm rest, it was just just enough to cover it, make sure you measure the length of your arm rest to her appropriate one that fits, wish it had some type of clip or strap, something to hold it down, cuz its what it is a cover. But overall great.

What a great idea! My 10-year old office chair has a "like new" back and is really comfortable but with the flaking/peeling "bonded leather" on the cushioned arms and set, the chair looked shabby. I decided to buy a new office chair. Shopped in multiple office stores for an attractive and comfortable office chair unsuccessfully for more than a week; finally found a reasonably priced one on Amazon. After I placed the Amazon order, I thought about maybe buying material to cover up the peeling fake leather cushioned arms and seat and selling or giving away my old chair. Delighted to discover I didn't have to make new arm and seat covers as these covers are "ready made" and inexpensive. Purchased both the stretch elastic seat cover and these arm covers. After installing the arm and seat covers the chair looks so good that I returned the new chair and saved $$. Also, I was disappointed that the new chair wasn't nearly as comfortable and attractive as my old one. Amazon's great return policy allowed me to keep my comfortable "old"/now looking-new chair and save $$ too.

ALways use caution with one size fits all. These arm covers went on well and in concept they are effective. With the odd plastic molding of my chair a roll of the arm can pull the cover loose.To fix this I used a velcro strip on the back with the soft felt facing up. This sort of velcro comes in a roll and the intended use is cable management. NEar the front of the arm I positioned the slack so I could grab the nape and use a safety pin to connect the sides on the underside of the arm. Now the covers do not move. They look rather nice too.So if I had to make suggestion to the manufacturer, include a tether to tie underneath. This is the reason I did not rate the product for 5 stars.

It was great to find the larger sleeve cover for an office chair.

BUT - I would buy them again, these along with the pullover slipcover for my office chair makes it look like a new chair! The "leather" was flaking and coming to bits, these solved that problem covered up the foam, look great. I ended up putting a straight T pin in the end closest to the back of the chair, to hold them on, they are so long they would just slip off. I may get some upholstery tack to hold them on the sides. They should have made them just a wee bit wider, in fact, one of the covers is wider than the other, but you get what you pay for and in terms of price to overall happiness, these are worth way more than I paid for them. Go ahead and get them! I The material is a waffle texture - soft and not abrasive. Seriously, I'm so happy I got them!
