UPDATE — Shortly after I wrote this review, I discovered that the app would not function at all on any of my other devices (2 iPads and another iPhone). I wrote to customer support with a screen-recording of the problem at hand - they fixed the problem, submitted the app and had it updated in the App Store within 3 DAYS! My main concern with buying this product (small company, unproven support channels) ended up working to my advantage. VERY impressed.I took a chance on this item with no reviews - Looks most likely a rebadged version of some of the pricier feeders on here, and so far it seems to be true. Only had a few days but is working flawlessly as promised - automatic/manual feedings, video and audio features all working without a hitch. Holds quite a bit of dry cat food. App has some interesting design choices (once you select ‘manual feeding’, a countdown timer begins and you have only 5 seconds to modify how big a portion to dispense... why?!) but as long as it functions, I couldn’t care less. Very satisfied!

I received my automatic pet feeder a few days ago. the setup for this product was really easy and simple. I like the camera which has a wide view (the whole family room where my dog like to hang around when we are not home) and very clear. It is fun to see him running around the room trying to find where my voice comes from (dual way audio chat). I am very happy that I don't need to worry my dog gets hungry when I stuck in heavy traffic anymore. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

This is my second purchase for this type of automatic dog feeder. First one I had was a white one made by a different manufacturer. Unfortunately, I had to retire that one due to water damage. This auto feeder is definitely a step up from the white one I had. It has the same features but at a lower price. A downside of the white one I had was that you could visibly see the accumulation of dirt, dust, and grime on its surface. So it was like I had a dirty, off-white version instead of the white one that I paid for. The new one I bought is black and it came with all the accessories listed, including a user manual. The user manual is much better and the black finish of the exterior itself is pretty sleek.Setup was easy. I just needed to make sure it’s connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. It had the same features as the other one I had. I could set and use the automatic feeding schedule or select a remote manual feeding option if I wanted to feed my dog myself. The camera and two-way audio were also good features included with this feeder. I’ve seen models without these features going for about the same price as this one.As a side note, if you’re ever worried about the Wi-Fi disconnecting due to a power outage in or some other reason, I strongly recommend putting 3 D batteries into the feeder as a backup power supply. This will ensure that the “scheduled” feedings that you programmed into the feeder will continue to occur when Wi-Fi is disconnected or during a power outage. However, keep in mind that the camera and two way audio won’t be available when the feeder is running on battery power because they need the AC adapter to be plugged in for them to be operational.

We have been using this for about two months now and absolutely love it. We use it to feed our cat while staying late at work or when we are away for a few days.WiFi: No issues as yet. We currently have it connected to my 2.4GHz network in a small apartment.Build Quality : Having seen many terrible reviews for various smart feeders where plastic pieces fall into dispensed food. We were extremely careful and triple checked the food to make sure nothing was falling off. Everything seems solid!Portion Sizes : 1 Potion is more than enough for a meal (10 pound cat).App : Can definitely be better and more intuitive but it serves the purpose. Has not crashed, have tried most of the functionality on iOS and Android without any problems. Sometimes there is a long delay before the video initializes but is not a big deal.

I got this automatic food dispenser for my two cats to use when we went away, but ended up using it continuously because I liked how convenient and time saving it is for me. It's a great product, plus having the ability to see my cat through the camera and call him to eat on the feeder is a great option. He already runs to it everytime he hears the food fall into the tray. The app works well although I feel some application permissions and features could be tweaked due to how much is required. Yet it's not that big of a deal to me. It also runs on battery back-up in case your internet goes out to ensure your pet gets fed. It's well worth the buy, trust me
