Very sweaty!
Super long so you can use this regardless what size you are/how much you weigh and it comes with lots of velcro strips to ensure its gonna stay put.Item is a little bit fiddly to get on at first and getting it tight enough was a bit of a task so I would recommend asking someone for help to fit it until you're used to doing it solo. Promotes heavy sweating which is supposed to help promote further weight loss. Super slimming look once on and fully set up. Easy to clean and you can store it in the original bag it comes in if you haven't got a spare bag.
