I can get a good, strong pot of coffee because these filters are thin enough to allow the full flavor to infuse, & sturdy enough to endure the process.

The filters were too large for my coffee machine so I had to cut them down and I have to be careful how I stand them as sometimes the granules spill out but a good cup of coffee and definitely my preferred choice.

Allows natural coffee flavor to go through to the pot.😋I spend a lot of money for organic low acid coffee beans, and this is my choice of filters for it. 😃👍

I have tried so many different coffee filters over the years, from the most expensive ones to the cheaper, supermarket brands. I was never really satisfied with any of them and kept trying others. Beyond Gourmet filters were the only ones that I loved. The paper was thinner and a bit taller than others that I have used. For me, this makes a big difference. The coffee tasted stronger and better with the thinner filter, in my opinion. I was so glad that I could still find this brand on Amazon. Many other sources have discontinued it. I didn't understand why until I purchased my latest supply of theses filters!!! Immediately, I noticed a HUGE difference! The new box is half the size of the original version! I was wondering how they could fit 100 filters in such a slimmed-down box. I opened the box and saw that the filters were extremely thin and flimsy looking! Even the texture was completely different! I decided to brew some coffee to test it out. I put the filter in my ceramic filter, over a mug, and poured the very hot water over the coffee in the filter. I let it sit for a few minutes with my ceramic filter closed. I then opened the filter to let the coffee drain into my mug. I left the room for a minute and came back to see that nothing had changed at all. The coffee was still sitting in the filter and hadn't drained at all! I tried to lift it up a tiny bit to see why, and realized that the filter had burst at the seams and totally stopped up my ceramic filter with the coffee grounds! It was a nightmare! When I tried to remove some of the grounds, they went everywhere! The new filters are totally defective because they are much too thin to support hot water and coffee groundsThe original company was in the USA and the filters were made in the USA. Now, they are made somewhere in Europe. It only says on the box that they are made in the EU. There is obviously no quality control anymore. I have used and loved this brand of coffee filters for a very long time and am very sad that they totally destroyed such a high quality product. It is now a horrible, low quality mess!
