Parker SRP, Pine Wood Handle Straight Edge Barber Razor with Stainless Steel Blade Arm for Professionals, 5 Blades Included

I got this recently to try it out. The first few shaves were painful bloody affairs. That was until I ran out of the included blades. I then switched to my preferred blades (lord classics) that it began to feel good. Granted part of that is certainly because of practice, but certainly the better baldes helped. If you already have a preferred brand of double edged safety razors, use those instead of the included ones.

Great weight and balance. This is my 5th Parker razor. I use these more than my Featherlites.

Works great. I love the weight. The only issue is it has the tendency for the back part to flip out.

I recently decided to grow out my beard. I really don’t like having a beard but just looking like I’ve decided to not shave. I have clippers and trimmers that keep my beard a good length for me but I still get those random hairs that like to grow apart from all the others. This razor solves that problem. It’s easy to pinpoint one or two hairs and shave them away.It comes with 5 extra blades and the blades are extremely sharp and I see them lasting a long time.This blade just has a great professional feel about.Great product.

These interchangeable blade straight razors go back about 100 years, while it's great that Parker keeps the tradition alive. With these you can skip the strop and simply change out the blades.I love the solid wood hand with visible grain, and the blades are sharp and effective. It's weighted just right. If straight razors are your tool of choice, then one of these belongs in your arsenal.

This is a great quality barber razor! It came fast, was nicely packages in a black box, very nice looking and giftable. My husband has tested it today and he said that this razor is well balanced and easy to work with, the blades could have been better, but the razor is workable and will be good even for beginners.

liked how it looked, seemed like a good shavette, however the wood was a little rough looking and i had questions about the black finish on the metals longevity. ultimately returned for a feather.

Super nice wooden handle on this one, smells really fresh right out the box which was nice. I use it all the time for regular line ups.
