Easy to install & I wanted a pull up bar that screwed into the door frame - for safety . It's strong & sturdy but the foam grip didn't last long at all & wore off completely after a couple of weeks.

Bought for teenage son and do far been used my everyone!! Really pleased as theres no marks or damage at all which is why we chose this one.We have also been able to put it up still allowing his bedroom door to be closed so it can stay up - see photo.His sibling has now asked for one for their birthday so it can be in their doorway at the height they want!Only been used for a week but do far its excellent value.

I don't regularly write reviews, but I feel it is only fair to the seller to put the record straight:I can't understand why so many reviewers say they need screws. The silicone stops on the end hold it very securely in a standard doorway. It easily holds my 80kg teenage rugby player son!It's had a few days of heavy use and no sign of slipping or moving. Very easy to install (in under 10 seconds) and easy to remove and replace.Just unscrew (counter rotate) either end to fit the doorway opening. Once it slips in snugly, then twist the bar in the opposite direction to tighten it in the door frame - it fits extremely snugly and very securelyI believe screws are only needed on a slippery surface or for heavy weights - I would say 100kg+

It seems durable and does the job from what I have seen so far. My only big complaint is the installation is not as easy as just extend the ends. You will need a drill and a drill a total of eight screws into doorframe to assemble this

It looks nice, is well-padded and seems to be holding strong so far for a teenage user.
