Not bad
These do rotate, atleast the one I'm using. I see some reviews saying they don't spin. I think they look pretty good

I bought four of them. None of them work the blades do not spin when reeling in make excellent sinkers though.

Doesn't work like other "Rooster tails" or inline spinners- doesn't really even work
I was looking for an inline spinner that had more weight than a normal 1/16oz -1/8oz that you would find in a Worden's or Panther Martin, so I spent $12 to give these a shot. I really wanted these to work, they were just the sizing i was hoping for for a bit larger presentation and more casting distance. Here's my initial take and performance. The materials are very cheap feeling, the blades feel super thin metal, very pot metal feeling. You can see in the pics the thread literally coming off the lure and not finished. I put a couple dabs of superglue on the threads to keep them wound, should have to do that to any lure brand new. The wire doesn't feel too bad and the feathers/glitter strands are nice. The lures came packaged nicely and have a good color selection.I initially tied on one, throwing it on 8lb fluoro, Kastking BFS casting reel (7:2:1) and 6'10" ML rod. I casted out, let it sink a couple seconds and then started reeling and felt no resistance at all from the blades. I gave the line a couple pops, then felt the resistance after 6-7 reel turns. When the lure is working, it doesn't have the lite sort of thump you feel on other inline spinners at all, it just feels like you're dragging grass. I know the blades are spinning when feeling this though because i can see the flash. After multiple casts, and the same results, I found that you have almost 50/50 chance of this lure actually starting to spin on the first 5-10 feet from the start of the cast, to me, that alone is not worth the $12. I noticed i either had to give the rod a pop, with a fast retrieve or start reeling fast until i felt the resistance just to get the lure started.I'm going to keep the lures and see if i can upgrade some components on them or just put them on the shelf with other lures that caught my pockets more than fish.
