Does a masterful job in our home, keeping our door locked, with a strong secure setting.

I purchased this lock to add on to a liquor cabinet and it works great. I really like that you don't need a key to lock it but will need the key to unlock it.

We used this to lock a closet bifold door. It worked great and matched the brass hardware in the room. It is very small and does not provide any real security.

This works well. I had to replace a hasp on a trunk with 1.5" width rails and also needed hidden screws for security. (most hasps this length had visible screws that could just be unscrewed, defeating the purpose of a lock)2 rails at 1.5" each for total of 3" width. This had just a little overhang on the bottom, which makes it easy to grab with your finger. (my box had inset panel)Easy install with supplied screws. It would be nice to have a template to make it a bit easier, but take your time and you will be fine.After testing with first trunk, I ordered again to fix another trunk. I would recommend this hasp.
