First and foremost, the four star rating is because I was unable to find any type of product warranty, only Amazon’s 30 guarantee. Kohler, Delta, American Standard, Moen all provide limited life time warranty. AimadI? Amazon states, “You may also be able to find warranty information on the manufacturer’s website.” I searched Aimadi’s store and their website, nothing there. There is no way to contact Aimadi directly. My question was, “how long is the product warranty and how do I contact them on the Warranty?” I did find "No.98 Pu Men Zhong Road, Tian He Jie Dao, Jing Ji Ji Shu Kai Fa District, Wenzhou Zhejiang, 325000 CN"? Yeah, good luck with that one. Moving on, I purchased the AIMADI Oil Rubbed Bronze after seeing one at a friend’s beach condo. My wife loved it and “insisted” I buy one for our kitchen. She had wanted a commercial style for the past year. I ask where it was purchased and to no small surprise, the answer was Amazon. I found the faucet and bought it. The only instructions are pictures. Because of my experience with countless faucet installations from various manufactures, I did not need instructions to install; it was fast and easy. The one step that was surprising was that I did not need a wrench to tighten the hoses; hand twisting the hoses is all that is required. Once you insert the body into the counter hole and you hand tighten the nut, ensure you position the nut where you have access to bolts on the nut; but do not yet tighten the bolt. Have someone turn the faucet body to further tighten the body to your desired position, then tighten the bolts. I say your desired position based on you being left or right handed; we liked our water handle pointing towards us instead of the right side of the faucet. The pictures illustrates our water handle position and the space I had to work with underneath the counter; and it was still easy for me. As a last instruction, turn on water handle to use either spout. My wife said the faucet did not work after trying to use the pot filler and no water. The same with the pressing the handle on the washer. Had to show her to turn on the water first, the same with our friends since they first used it when we saw it. We love the look and the features. It does not spray water outside the sink and we can rotate the spouts where we need it.

Ok so I decided to take a chance on this faucet when I was shopping online for a new one and I am glad that I chose to do so. It came in a nice package and had a shipping insert. Installation was easy as I'm familiar with basic plumbing knowledge I did the whole process in about 15 min as well as connect my dishwasher and cup rinser thingy. If you don't know much about plumbing but know someone who does it might be worth it to see if they can lend a hand or show you how it's done just in case... Top things to comment on it looks great and can rotate and cover the length of my sink with ease. After a little while using it I found that for a low pressure rinse with the sprayer make sure you let the water flow while you use it because if you cut it off and use the sprayer it is very high powered so your gonna get some splashback. Hands down one of the best pressures I have used in any faucet ever my water lines literally jump when I use just the sprayer. The led light indicator works well but be careful at prolonged use at high temps because once it heats up the led flashes and flickers in and out but returns to normal after the temperature lowers back down. During installation please do not drop or bang it against anything because you run the chance of breaking the internal components inside it that give it the high powered pressure so be careful. But for the price I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new sink faucet for their kitchen.

Love the faucet, this is actually the second faucet we have purchased. It’s nice and stylish and we love the sprayer separate from the spout. That being said the LED light has stopped working. It’s been installed for about 6 months and only flashes red for cold, warm and hot. On occasion it doesn’t light up at all. I have contacted the manufacturer for a replacement part since this is a known issue and has yet to be corrected in their products.

love the faucet looks and versatility.don’t like how hot the sprayer gets when using hot water.

My only issue was the the connecting lines were too short to reach my water connection so I had to buy extended line. The unit however is very good for the uses we wanted.

Very beautiful and functional faucet! Lights were a super big plus for us with two small children & older grandmother. But the lights stopped working after a month or so. Still worth the price in during inflation!
