This item felt amazing on my neck when I had a headache. It helped relieve the pain. BUT after a few uses in the microwave it melted! The beads inside literally melted through the fabric after a few uses. I only put it in for 30-45 seconds each time! So CAUTION! This product would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that the beads melted. The fabric was black and burnt! Also there was no smell to it. It said it was aromatherapy but there’s was literally no smell.

Feels good, takes 3-4 minutes in the microwave to warm through enough, but cools very rapidly. Would have liked the neck part to have stayed put better and not slipped down. Overall, it does help with neck and shoulder pain.

Love, love this product. I did some research before deciding on it, and I’m so glad I went with this one! Color is nice, lavender scent is calming especially at night, and I love that it can be used hot or cold. During the day, I use it for stress relief when I come home from work. In the evenings, I usually have a hard time falling asleep, and this has been helping me fall asleep faster. I’ve been using it cold on summer nights, but in the winter, I’ll definitely heat it up for maximum coziness. My boyfriend steals it sometimes too. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using this the past few nights since I got it.I hold a lot of my stress in my shoulders, especially with work on the weekdays my trapezius/neck area are really tight.In the evening this really helps with heat and the combination of weight to help loosen up the tension that I hold throughout the day.And the aroma with the heat has a spa like effect with setting the ambiance.I haven’t needed to use it for the ice part yet, but I like the idea that if I ever needed a large area to ice id be able to use this to do that as well

Loveee this neck wrap! I work from my computer and struggle with tension in my neck and shoulders. This has helped so much to relieve that discomfort! It looks and works exactly as described. It is super soft, and has a great shape that allows me to walk/move around without sliding off. It seems to retain heat for a long time, and love that it can also be chilled. Very pleased, highly recommend!!

A little heavy

Pros: covers shoulders, neck and part of back because of its size. It is plush and looks nice.Cons: It takes 2 .5 minutes in the microwave (not necessarily a con) but it is supposed to have a nice scent and we don't smell anything. We bought 2 and neither one has a scent. That was the reason we bought these so we were very disappointed.
