Q: Can you use both at the same time?

yes but not at full pressure. The "rainhead" level is set for full pressure, and the "handheld" is set for full pressure (when using one, the other is off). If you set the level for 1/2 pressure each, they will each have water coming out but not the same as two heads at full pressure. (BTW, you can push the button on the handle of the handheld to temporarily turn off water if you want to soap up.) FYI, the lever is set ABOVE the rainhead so you have to be about 5'8 or better to reach it (unless your shower head is REALLY low)

What connection? You supposed to have the metal pipe from the wall; the shower came ready to install, I didn’t even need to use the sealing tape they provided.

Did you mean "both heads" at the same time ? You can turn the lever that controls where the water goes (Rainhead or Hand-held hose head) to the HALF WAY point. That diverts HALF the water to the rainhead and HALF the water to the hosehead. You don't get to have FULL WATER PRESSURE on BOTH heads at once, because your house doesn't have that much pressure!

yes. My husband didn't like where i put ours, so i had to buy a second one for the other side of the shower!
