Weather Clues in the Sky: Clouds (Bel the Weather Girl)

My daughter (age 4) has been very interested in weather and loves all the Bel books. This one in particular has sparked many conversations about clouds. Great for a child who may worry if a storm is coming whenever they see clouds in the sky. Highly recommend.

Exceeded all expectations! Love the story with a teaching moment. I learned something and thought it was just for the little ones. My favorite new gift! May even want to go and buy a Stormy dog ;)

Love the characters, story and experiment. Bel is a smart and thoughtful leader amongst her friends and family. Great role model for young girls!

Fun for school.

This series of books is fantastic! So many kids (and many adults) are anxious about the weather, understanding the weather helps make it less scary. These books are great to read with your kids, make great gifts and are a must have for any school or community library. The author thought of everything, at end of the book there are experiments you can do at home or in class, a glossary, and even recommend books and websites for further reading.

I ordered all of these as my 4 year old grandaugter is afraid during storms. This would be a great book for a much older child, but these are way over her head, too many big words and too technical for little kids. What little we did read wasn't engaging enough or simple enough for her age.
