I love all of J. Vernon McGee's commentaries. They are easy to read and his insight into the scriptures is wonderful. I like the history he gives of Bible localities and his personal stories.

Wonderful resource

Yes. J. Veron McGee always seems to be where this country and world is at the presents. But he wrote these commentis in the sixties and early seventies.

Philippians is one of the Apostle Paul's best Epistles. The love and regard he had for the church at Philippi shines through very strongly. He left hundreds of lesson for us as Believers.

any commentary by J. Vernon McGee is awesome. He is so down to earth in his examples and explanations. These commentaries are must buys.
