Every person 50+ (not just women) should be washing with this. I am 60 and have used it since hitting menopause at age 48 - with all the dry skin issues that accompany it. I live in humid Houston, TX and spent most of my life compensating for all the moisture in the air. But menopause made my skincare regimen obsolete. Moisturizers don’t really work well when you’re washing away what little moisture your skin does produce during this time.This face wash cream does not foam but don’t think it’s not cleaning. It cleans extremely well (I’m outdoors gardening a LOT and I also have a farm.) I do keep a small sized aveno face scrub for heavier cleaning when needed (like when my face is covered in tractor soot). BUT i always follow it with a quick wash of this cleaner to wash away any chemicals left from the scrub. I still use a moisturizer afterwards but it is very light.Getting older isn’t good or bad. It’s just different.

Aubrey Calming Skin Therapy Facial Cleanser seems a little overpriced, there's not much in the bottle. When you get past the first half of the bottle, you will struggle to figure out how to access the rest. It's super thick and I don't think it belongs in a pump bottle. I would package it in a squishy squeeze bottle. I buy it because it's non-irritating and cleans well enough for my purposes (I don't wear makeup). Almost everything else I've tried dries out my skin or causes redness. My favorite was Kiss My Face Clean for a Day, but that was discontinued and this is the closest thing I've tried.

Soothes skin

I ADORE this skin cleanser, and it is becoming more difficult to find. About 2012, they changed both the formula AND the packaging. The formula is still wonderful; it is the only cleanser I have found that works with my sensitive AND acne prone skin. I would be a salesperson for this line if I could--it is that great. However, the new pump is horrible. I use one bottle every 6 weeks, and half the time the pump is already broken or breaks in the process. Secondly, the pump never allows you to get all the cleanser out of the bottle, so you lose about a week's worth of an expensive product. The new bottles (I use the cleanser, toner, and moisturizer) are too thick to cut to get product out. I hope Aubry's will continue to make this line, and improve packaging (and get rid of the cardboard boxes for packaging, what a waste).

I LOVE this cleanser. I have very sensitive skin and even some basic "sensitive skin" face washes have given me rashes, so I need to be careful. I have been using this for a couple years and was so sad when the local store I usually purchase it had stopped selling it. So thankful I found it online. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the pump was broken on my bottle... So I have to open up the bottle to get the cleanser out which is a little annoying and not perfectly proportioned.

This product is very gentle and doesn't dry out your skin! It definitely removes all makeup without leaving your skin oily or dry. Good value too. What I did not like was that it arrived opened! I also do not like the packaging because it is very difficult to pump out the product. Other than that, I recommend it for people with sensitive skin who are looking for a good cleaser.

I've used this product for several years now, but wonder if anyone else has noticed a recent change. The formula feels thinner/runnier, not as creamy as before.

I love this cleanser. It is perfect for my sensitive skin. My only complaint is that it is too thick to come out through the pump, so I have to add water or open the bottle to get it to come out. It should come in a squeeze bottle.

Great product. Left your skin smooth and clean it isn't foamy more like cream texture. All natural ingredients I love Aubrey Organics product.
