very easy to use they provide all the tools necessary to make the capsules.Pill size is reasonable it's not too big and not too small.To be honest I would suggest buying bigger packs as you can get way more for your money that 100.

These are great bought to make up my own magnesium tablets as have MCAS have to ensure no fillers etc in any vitamins etc I need to get. The little type spoons are really good tested the 100pk now I will buy the bigger pk when I need more.

I use these to make my own supplements and they’ve worked well. The capsules fit together securely and don’t come apart once filled. The size 00 is on the larger side to swallow, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you prefer smaller capsules. Overall, they are easy to fill and do the job well for homemade vitamins.

First time buying one of these vegan capsules and I have nothing to complain about.You can buy bigger or smaller capsules depending on your need,I recently bought a 500g creatine pot with a terrible flavour and because I couldn't drink it, I decided to fill them using WANANFU Size 00 Empty Capsules.The little spoon that comes with it is useful to a certain extent. If you need a less precise but faster method, I'd recommend to fill them using your hand and pressing the capsule against the powder.Overall, I'm satisfied with the amount of capsules that come with the package and their size (around 0.8-1.2 grams per capsule)The 300 capsules were almost enough to fill 500g of creatine (around 50g of creatine powder remained in the pot)

Angenehm in der Anwendung und im Verzehr. Einfach zu befüllen mit dem mitgelieferten Moni-Dosierlöffel. Aber Geduld braucht es schon. Am besten füllt man sein Pulver in eine flache Schale. Würde für Zukunft fertig gefüllte Kapseln kaufen, da mir der Aufwand zu groß ist.
