Although this was easy to set up, as a plus-size woman with a very limited range of motion, this was difficult to use. The handles are too short for me to get my arms over without help and once it is in place - my hands started tingle because I couldn't get it in the right place and when I tried to adjust it, the arms would come lose and slip out of the locked mode. I think for a person that is thinner or more flexible it does the job. My nephew is using it without an issue and I can see the difference. I actually feel and see a difference in myself as well, but it is just very difficult to use on my own.

We were under the impression this locked in place. Makes it hard to stretch with it not being locked.

I work on a laptop all day long and notice I’m starting to slouch. I got this to help reset my posture every hour or so during my workday. This will hopefully keep my back from getting worse. The posture corrector came with instructions that was only in Chinese. Luckily it wasn’t hard to figure out since there are drawings. The main control is the center. You’ll have to pull the two middle clamp apart so you can rotate it. That’s pretty much the main thing you need to know. The rest is just discipline to use it regularly.

There is no way this item can cover as much of your back as the photos show. I bought another version of this and had to return it because it was so small it was useless. Look for ones with lengths of 40+ inches.
