EDIT: While I stand by every harsh statements I made about the product (Viewable below The Jump), I'm updating this review to reflect the service I received from the company. As soon as my review went live, the seller approached me asking if there was anything they could do to make this right, even understanding the long time between my replies due to long nights making music. After some back and forth, they offered me a full refund of the purchase price, and I took them up on the offer. It was never asked of me to adjust the review, I just thought I should because good actions require recognition in my eyes. This is good, guys, your customer service is on point. This is your redemption arc! Get your Quality Control fixed!═══▣◎The-Jump◎▣═══ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don't think I have ever before left a fully negative review of a product, but between shipping delays, and the fact that when I got it; it was factory pre-broken... I can't accept that for the investment. The steel is soft, so I highly doubt it's stainless, and if it is; it's not long for this life. Most of the rivets are put in wrong, three are missing and the rivet that keeps the legs from falling off was mangled so badly that there is no way it ever - EVER - did it's job. The angle adjust is also bent, so the bell will not sit on it properly and it just feels cheap.I can't get behind this purchase, but I'm stuck with it on account of not having time for another one to get here. My fixes are holding for now.
