Fascinating!
I’m fascinated by things like this, as many of us are, and this book was really detailed and so interesting. To think that he was put to death in 1994 yet his case is still on going and his death count still unknown is crazy! What is sad though is how famous he is, practically a household name, yet his victims aren’t talked about, and some still don’t have names. Really good book!

Well written and documented.
This is a fascinating insight into the world of a very prolific serial killer. It is well written and researched but isn't so heavy that it is hard to read. It was interesting to read at the last chapter about different theories involving more than one killer. It did give food for thought.

Very well researched
As a true crime book this is so well researched by the author, the killer, his crimes and importantly his victims are all discussed, one of the most harrowing reigns of terror in modern times the author does not glamourise but gives the reader a true look into this evil man and what he did and who it affected ,the research is very well presented

My wife will love it
I got this for my wife's birthday and have been reading it at work. It's her birthday in a few weeks, but I'm "checking it" by reading it before I give it to her...Gacy is a truly horrible human being. Absolutely vile waste of skin. However, this book is so well written and researched I am thoroughly recommending it to amateur readers and people like my wife, who are studying forensic psychology.

You Will Get To Know This Monster. Spooky.
There’s a new crime writer in town! This writers approach to a well known crime digs into what we all want to know about a murderer. He mines intimate facts and histories showing us how a person becomes a murderer. I could not put it down. At the end I was able to know this monsters young life and histories because of the authors expertise in countless interviews that were not available in many other chronicles over the years. A fresh approach to true crime.Rena MlodeckiBishop CA

Great book!
Excellent research by the author and asks questions that have never been addressed in any other books on this case.
