This tool has exceeded my expectations and I am delighted to share my experience with it. Not only does it perform top-notch key programming, but it also functions as a professional-grade diagnostic scan tool. I have personally used it for key programming on the Toyota Prius 2012, Ford Escape 2010, and Dodge Ram 2001, and my experience has been nothing but positive. I am grateful for the help and patience provided by the seller, Liu or Lily. I had several questions before purchasing the product and even needed assistance with how to use it after receiving it. I drive a 2015 Porsche Cayenne Diesel. Dozens of complex and interlaced electronic systems control every aspect of the vehicle. Engine, brakes, transmission, fuel filter, steering, windshield wiper timing... everything is controlled, or is monitored by, an electronic component.LAUNCH allows me to see every one of these components, read their information streams (when available) and diagnose any problem. Changing the oil and filter, adding blue, bleeding the brakes, replacing the battery... I can log and reset all these service notices (and many more).It is not an inexpensive tool, but it does jobs I have paid thousands of dollars for in the past. This makes it very affordable. Very happy with my purchase!

I am very happy with this purchase. This is my second Launch scanner. When the two year upgrades expired on my previous scanner, I decided to purchase this as an upgrade to my original scanner. I like the number of features and the vehicle coverage the most. The tablet is very sturdy and I'm not overly worried with it getting damaged. The layout of the features is a little different from my previous scanner and it took a little getting used to. The most complicated thing I have done with this scanner so far is run through a transmission recalibration. It handled it without any problem.As far as negatives, the VIN decode seems to struggle more with this one. I am not sure about why, but cars that decoded automatically with my previous scanner need to be typed in manually. Another con is this does not have topology. It isn't really necessary, but I think it is a nice feature to have. Another negative is it will not recognize my borescope. I think the only way around this is to use the Launch borescope.Customer support with kingbolen is very good. They typically respond to messages here on Amazon or via email within a couple hours. I am very happy with the seller.

So like many technicians I hoard tools because I always want to stay current on the new gadgets out there. At my current job we were looking for a efficient and cheaper way to get keys programmed and i found this gem! Easy to copy keys and program keys! Was successful in copying keys and also was able to program brand new keys when all keys were lost. Awesome tool for technicians that diagnose and cut and program keys. Also there customer service response time is awesome!

Costumer service 0 stars , always offline. PDF GUIDE UNFORTUNATELY WILL NOT GONNA HELP YOU. You will limited in everything. You only can use it for 10 % of cars . I have a small shop and this product is sitting on my shelf for 1 months. Is better to spend this moneto by an AUTEL

Although I did not get the xprog3 but the Customer service / seller has been more than helpful, they have been communicating with me to solve all my problems and also offered to resend me the xprog3 , now I had some issues with the key functions and ecu programming but they have been working hard to provide support to me which is the reason for my review, now if anything changes I will come back for update

Ordered and arrived within 3 days. Easy to navigate and update. Wanted the plus version so contacted customer support and after a payment and a little wait period I got updated. Very good customer service.
