Q: How do I order Small/Short? Thanks.

You would have to know your waist size and length size. They do not come in small/short like Propper's regular BDU's

Q: How big is the belt loops on these pants? Can a 2" Wide belt fit through them?

yes a 2" belt works fine with these pants

Q: Do these pants have pull tie to adjust the waist

No, they do not. They do have a 3-4 inches of elastic material on each hip to allow for concealed carry with an IWB. That feature is great.

Q: Are these pants 65/35 blend or what?

Yes they are 65/35. Mine have been through several washings and continue to look nice. Typically I don't put them in the dryer and the still don't wrinkle. And they do seem to be stain resistant.
