I've ordered Carjo Southeastern pool parts several times on Amazon over the years. Their products arrive quickly and always fit my Hayward system.The only negative I experienced with this seal kit was the need for 4 hands to get the gasket to stay in place while trying to put the motor back on the pump. I don't think this is the company's fault, per se. Most likely it's just the design of the pump groove. After our tedious attempts to get the gasket on, we succeeded. AFTER it was done and the pump running again, I found out that a product called E-6000 (an adhesive) is perfect for this task. E-6000 plus a piece of plywood should be used to keep the treated gasket against the pump housing for about 3 hrs before re-attaching the motor. Okaaay, noted.Overall I'm very please with the Carjo Southestern parts and customer service.

Worked well

I replaced my shaft seal from this kit and it is still leaking. I ensured everything was tight and fit well. After reassembly and turning it on, water leaks worse than before.I took apart the pump again to inspect and found the entire assembly for the shaft seal on the impeller disintegrated. It all just came in about 7 pieces and most of those were not designed to be separated. Worst decision ever to purchase this. I’ll go with another option.
