Q: Does this support LED buttons?

Most LED push buttons have 4 contacts. 2 are for the button itself and the other two are +, - for the LED that is usually powered by a separate 12v line or LED controller. You can use this in conjunction with LED buttons. But it will not supply power or control the LED’s at all.

Q: What should I purchase to able to use ps5 and make it wireless

you need to buy another UP5 to install on the board to use it on PS5 and there's no way to use it wirelessly on PS5 at the moment, it's just wired use

Q: Does this come with mounting screws/nuts?

No. But if you search PCB feet on Amazon you'll find some good options.

Q: If im making my own arcade stick this is enough or this board is just for extra compatibility?

If you're converting an old arcade stick, you'll only need this. If you're creating one from scratch you'll need this, connecting wires, buttons, joystick, and some sort of case.
