My massage therapist turned me on to this small cupping set. After one session she let me take two cups home to see how they worked for me and ultimately shared the link so I can purchase a larger set. I have terrible pain in my low back and hips and these cups have truly been a life saver. The concept of the suction to help draw more blood to the area to help promote healing and circulation itself works and I believe it provides a bit of pain relieving properties at the same time. I will leave them on for about 30 minutes or so then will move and reapply in another area as needed. Applying a thin layer or lotion or oil before cup application helps to not pull the skin. I enjoy seeing the colors drawn to the surface of my skin indicating it is working.

These are even better than the Edge cupping kit by Lure. They are smaller, fit on joints, easier to put on, and even more powerful than the Edge cupping kit. My acupuncturist told me about the Edge ones, and those are great, but these are even better! I highly recommend them for joint or muscle pain!I have begun playing racket sports again and my knees have been hurting. At first I was icing my knees, but when I began using these, I didn't need to ice; these are better.

I have a regular cupping set but you usually need someone to help you put them on as trying to suction air with the gun at weird angles doesn't work. These you just invert and then put on by popping them back into shape. They work well and are sturdy.The reason I took a star away is these suckers are really firm. They can be hard to invert and get off. The edges are also a little sharp and can be painful. So, they aren't as comfortable as other cups.I like using them on my face for very brief moments to relieve tension. They are also great on the upper traps.

I don't really do a review on a regular basis, but I do for the ones that do an excellent job. I've had several aches n' pains on different parts of my body, that includes my lower/mid-back, shoulders, legs, hips, thighs, ankles & my foot (due to plantar fasciitis). I try n' experiment on different kinds of treatments wether it's topical or oral. Some relieves the pain, n' some doesn't work at all.I don't stop there, till I get to explore all my options. Thanks to high technology, n' my iPad I found this cupping w/c I've been contemplating to do, but wasn't sure how to go about. I heard n' see this on massage parlors, but it's made of glass or something hard n' I don't want to follow this on my own.Thankfully I came across this on Amazon n' yes I promised myself, let's give it a try coz' this one's very portable n' easy to use. And it's made of silicon & small magnetic metals w/c I believe will be helpful to relieve n' probably remove the pain eventually. Believe me, in just three days (or even just 24 hours after I started using it) placed it in different parts of my aching parts of the body, it all went away. That's the reason for the 5 STARS 😊 I highly recommend it.

This is a good set for at home use. Also works particularly well on joints and bony/curved areas where other cups don't stick well; such as: knees, ankles, wrists, hands, feet.They do have a sharp inner edge, sharper than other silicone cups... It's not the most comfortable and can even be itchy after removal. They also don't seem to leave as much bruising as other silicone cups... perhaps that can be attributed to not having as much suction.
