I bought this for my hard of hearing father. He has hearing damage from years in the military and working in an auto-shop. We normally have to basically yell on the phone for him to hear us, and he will raise his voice the longer he talks because he thinks his voice needs to carry as far away as it sounds like we are to him. The first call I had with him using this headset was like magic. For the first time in years we had a conversation without either of us raising our voices to be heard at all. The science in this bypassed all his outer ear damage, and he could hear me clearly. These things are a game changer. If you have or know someone with outer ear damage, this is the headset tech you need. His only complaint is they are hard to sleep in because when leans back in the recliner the band hits the chair and knocks the entire headset out of position.

Headset is good, lightweight, and sound quality is very nice. My only reason for giving this a 4 star review is because there was no Type C charging cable included. Fortunately, I have plenty of Type C charging cables.

I had been shopping for the top of the line expensive models that end with the Z and glad I decided to try these first.They are comfortable, soft and still grippy when wet or sweaty. Its a soft silicone material. The back bridge is firm and ridged and flexes well for normal use. The sound is as good as expected for this type of listening. You really cannot expect perfect clear highs and deep bassy lows when you're using conductive headphones. But these work well! I can hear everything I play on it well.I listen to a lot of talk radio and podcasts etc. while working and these allow me to still hear the show I'm listening to and be alert to my surroundings. My first real use, they lasted for more than 8 hours. And if that's a testament to the comfort of these headphones, they stayed on my head the entire day without a bother.Highly recommend these over their expensive alternatives. You wont be disappointed for the price!

9 month update. --They went through the washing machine and still work. battery may not hold as much charge, but omg they still work. Also, I used my husband's shockz when I was letting them dry, and those are SO much better than these.----I have used the shockz headphones for a few years (love them), but they keep snapping at a weak point and i wanted to try something cheaper. I love not having something in my earThese are alright. They aren't tight enough to stay next to my ear. Sound is ok if you are in a quiet space. Not great for podcasts / audiobooks if there is any ambient noise, i can't make out the words. Music is ok but also of poor quality.Still, i use them almost daily around the house, just not on walks or at the grocery store. Sometimes i think i can bend them a bit to make them tighter, but that could be my imagination. At least they don't have that same weak point.

These headphones really missed the mark for me. The biggest issue is that they just don't fit and are horribly uncomfortable. They are rigid, so unless you have a large sized head then they really won't fit and will just flop all over the place. For reference, I generally wear medium sized hats and these just fall off because they are too wide and to rigid to adjust. You also definitely can't lay back or rest the back of your head on anything while using these, because that just pushes them forward and off your ears.The other major issue is the sound. Everyone withing a 6-7 foot radius of you can hear everything you're listening to, even though it might sound soft to you. I definitely wouldn't recommend these for any office use, or any public use.Overall not great and not worth the money. I'd be returning them if I didn't throw away the box before trying them.

The sound does not turn up very high. So if there is any background noise I have to wear ear plugs to understand the sound coming through the headphones. The two way calling is nice, but the caller on the other end told me my voice was low so I had to speak up. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints, it was a good tests run to see if I like this kind of headset. And I’m glad I didn’t spend a lot of money right away because I don’t like that when I lay down the headset comes off my ears due to the back of the headset being pushed against my neck, making the ear peace’s pop off. I think I’m going to try something else.

Sound quality is not as good as in-ear plugs, and max volume is needed to hear normally. I do have some facial hair that the speakers partly touch, so maybe volume would be better for others. These headphones are good when you want to hear clearly what else is going on around you more than through the headphones. You can have a conversation with people while also being able to hear the headphones. You can walk the neighborhood and hear birds while also the headphones. The headphones are not useful when laying down because of the back wire. They are otherwise comfortable enough to wear all day. The microphone quality is not good enough for calls. It comes with a pair of disposable foam ear plugs for when you want to block out other sounds. Would be nice to mow the lawn with good ear plugs and still hear through the headphones, but they just aren't anywhere near loud enough. Someone that requires a hearing aid would probably find these headphones quite useful.
