The pack of 3 is a godsend because i keep chipping at my usual protectors in a matter of weeks but with ESR they have lasted me quite a while and did not chip away as per usualPurchased a magsafe case along with it and they both work together so well, id recommend purchasing both if you want a smooth experienceThe applicator was handy and helped me apply the protector without any bubbles or particles aided with the wetwipe and microfiber included in the box, 10/10 would always recommend ESR

I have been an iPhone user since iPhone was launched, by that time I have been struggling with the screen protectors. I have tried many branded ones, expensive ones. ESR have made a perfect fit product edge to edge with no bubbles at all. The price is also very reasonable compared to other similar brands on the market.It comes with a pack of 3 amazing product. I have also tried UGREEN screen protector, one of worst products I have used, it creates a lot of bubbles in few days and is just a waste of money. I highly recommend ESR product especially for iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series.

The top of the glass protector has a notch to expose the ear speakers.That notch peels off leaving a clear plastic sheet that covers the ear speaker and it looks very unsightly. That plastic sheet should also detach but it doesnt.I can't believe ESR dropped the ball on this one.2 stars awarded instead of 5 due to this major oversight, leading to a significant cosmetic blemish on the product and poor customer satisfaction from a major and trusted brand.Edit:ESR contacted me to assure me that it was a manufacturing defect. They also refunded my purchase. I changed my review on my own accord to reflect the service recovery ESR made to remedy my unfortunate experience with their product. It restored my confidence in buying with ESR again.

Good product

Installing the screen protector was so simple and easy. With the guided mold its super easy and at right spot. My first attempt and it was done within 2 minutes and bubble free awesome. Only suggestion is for people who do not notice the notch please have a sticker saying this way up or something like that.

The installation was perfect and screen is very responsive. I also don’t see fingerprints! Love the product!

I wasn’t sure if this would just be a rebranded 12 Pro Max screen protector (which is very slightly different in dimensions), given how fast this product was available, but I’m pleased to say that the screen protector fits perfectly.The only area it doesn’t cover is the speaker, for obvious reasons.The protector covers enough of the front that it won’t foul a case, should you use one (as pictured). It does mean that the coverage is probably 1mm in from all sides, but this is not noticeable with a case fitted.You get 3 protectors included, with an installation frame and three separate pouch kits (wet wipe, cloth and dust removal sticker), which is good value for money. I managed to fit the first protector with no dust or bubbles at all, and as said the installation frame makes positioning a cinch.Top product, good job ESR! :)

ESR have clearly put a lot of thought into making the installation as easy as possible, and the plastic guide really does make it easier to line up the protector. The first protector I installed was a very quick process - unfortunately, I then discovered that the protector itself was scuffed, so I had to remove and dispose of it. I'm a little disappointed that one of the three protectors in the package was unusable, as it somewhat offsets what I otherwise thought was good value for the money. I would have provided a 5-star rating if not for this.In use though, I do like that this protector provides full coverage, including the 'notch' area. There is no noticeable difference in clarity or touch sensitivity, and the feel is very slick. It also seems to be less fingerprint-prone than the naked screen.In 10+years of iPhone use, I have never used a screen protector before, but after experiencing the clarity/fit/feeling with this product, I am a convert. It really does just blend in and disappear, and provides great peace of mind regarding scratch protection.

I have been a long user of ESR screen protectors, having always used them with all my Apple devices and I quite like them.This one seems to be a little lower in quality as the edges are sharper than usual.Prior screen protectors had somewhat rounded edges so it was comfortable to use, but this years screen protectors have sharper squared off edges. I’m used to dragging from the edge of a screen protector but with the new sharp edges, my finger keeps catching onto it.I wouldn’t recommend it for others. Hopefully ESR fixes the issue.

Edit - ESR saw this comment and reached out to me to offer a replacement/refund which was lovely. Great gesture. But since then, they have emailed me SEVEN times telling me to change or remove this review. I refuse to do so. Yes the gesture was lovely, but firstly, it wasn’t clear it came with a condition to change my review and secondly, my issue still stands - this gesture does not change the facts in my original review. Before you buy this product be aware of how they’re getting rid of their negative reviews.I bought these in January, and I’m already onto my third one. Haven’t dropped my phone once, yet both have been damaged - one had a little minute chip that cracked the whole way and the other is still a mystery to me. I’m extremely careful with my phone and have never had an experience like this. Maybe it was just a dud pack, but very disappointing because after reading the majority of the reviews I was very excited to try this screen protector.

I usually use the Eono brand of iPhone screen protector, I've always found them reliable when fitting. However I got a new phone and there wasn't an Eono protector available so I opted for the ESR one. Instructions were the same: clean, wipe, use the sticker, position the guide, peel off the film from the protector, drop onto the phone, run finger down the middle and allow to settle, lift from corners if necessary to release trapped air.Now I will start by saying that all this was fine, no air bubbles, the protector settled onto the screen fine. BUT - the problem I had was that as soon as I peeled off the film from the back of the protector, dust was attracted onto the back of the protector. I've never had this problem with other protectors. I do this in a very clean kitchen, and even under the extractor fan on full blast. I ended up using the whole pack before I got one that looks "okay". Even that has something under the protector. So not exactly value for money when you have to use all three just to get a good one.UPDATE: ESR Customer Care reached out to me and provided replacement screen protectors ready for when I decide to have another go, so one extra star for the great customer service, nice to find a company that cares about its customers.
