I have purchased this product twice, since one of my kids took one to college. It is easy to heat, maintains moist heat for a long time, is long enough to reach all the way across my back, and has a snap to keep it in place around my shoulders. It is soft and very durable. I highly recommend it.

It doesn't really helps with pain, its not plush as pics make it look. Fabric is very soft, but not filled enough. More flat than I was expecting and Heat does not last, but it has a soothing great sent!

You have to microwave it for a long time to get warm..However But it's easy to use.

Very comfortable and fits well

The pad is really soft. The instructions say to only heat if for 30 seconds. It doesn’t retain very much heat at 30 seconds. It says not to overheat because it could explode in the microwave. It’s beautifully made, unfortunately if it doesn’t get very warm it’s useless

I need heat on my back and shoulders every day. I've tried others, and the heat is great, but the velcro fails after a while. This heating pad, with the soft ties, stays put on my low back, shoulders, mid back, wherever I need it. It's so soft and smells yummy. And it's a great price/value.

Super weich und angenehm auf der Haut. Passt zusammengefaltet gut in die Mikrowelle und wird schnell warm. Meine Rückenschmerzen werden sofort gelindert durch die angenehme Wärme, leichte Feuchtigkeit und der angenehme Duft nach Lavendel. Die Restwärme nutze ich dann noch für den Nacken. Super PRODUKT, kann ich nur 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung.
