Replacement Remote Control for Dyson HP02 HP03 Pure Hot + Cool Air Purifier Heater Heat/Cool Fan

You have to supply your own battery but this remote works fine. I don’t understand the hate on it be being flimsy, it’s identical to the 1st party remote… the build quality is just fine. While it is not magnetic, that’s not the point; I want the remote next to me, not on the device. Total non issue. I am super pleased with this product for my HP02.

I recently purchased the Replacement Remote Control for my Dyson HP02 air purifier and heater with high hopes of restoring convenience to my daily routine. However, my experience with this product has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.Upon receiving the replacement remote control, I eagerly inserted the batteries and attempted to sync it with my Dyson HP02 unit. To my dismay, the remote failed to establish a connection, rendering it completely non-functional. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot the issue—replacing the batteries, repositioning the remote, and consulting the user manual—I was unable to resolve the problem.The lack of compatibility and functionality of this replacement remote control is deeply concerning, especially considering the premium price. Not only did it fail to perform its primary function of controlling the HP02 unit, but it also resulted in wasted time and resources.Furthermore, the build quality of the remote control leaves much to be desired. The plastic casing feels flimsy and cheap, lacking the durability and reliability expected, The buttons are unresponsive and poorly constructed, further exacerbating the usability issues.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the Replacement Remote Control for the Dyson HP02. Its inability to sync with the HP02 unit, subpar build quality, and overall lack of functionality make it a regrettable purchase. I would strongly advise against investing in this product and urge seller to address these issues promptly to maintain the trust and satisfaction of its customers.

Works just like the original in design and function. Had to replace after our grandchild misplaced the original where no one could find it.

We bought this as a replacement for our Dyson. And it doesn’t work at all. Total waste of money. Super cheaply made.

I rated one stars for money value because it came with no battery.It is inconvenient to prepare a specific button battery.

This item absolutely does not work. I brought brand new batteries and nothing. It didn’t even power the Dyson fan heat/cool on. Will be returning.

It doesn't have a magnet like the original but it's a lot cheaper and it works. That's all I cared about. Not sure about the rest of Dyson's but it worked for my Hot Cool Fan

No programming was needed. No battery included. Had put in battery wrong way the first time. Had tough time getting battery out because of brittle plastic construction. But once battery was put in right way it worked.

商品到着予定日から5日も遅れての配達…その上、実物の商品がかなりオモチャ感あって不安でしたが、案の定使用できず。全てが残念過ぎました。

元々のリモコンをなくして、安くて代用できるリモコンを見つけてよかったです。

リモコンの磁気が弱い。

ダイソンCool＆Heaterのリモコンが引っ越しの時に行方不明になり困っていたのでAmazonで検索した所この商品に辿り着きました。値段が異様に安かったためダメ元で注文しました。中国輸入品だからか？届くまでに1ヶ月ほど掛かりますが入手次第に使用してみたところ無事にリモコンの役割を果たしました！到着予定より1週間遅かったので☆4にしましたが使えるので助かりました(^O^)
