I've been working out regularly for a few years and I've relied only on eggs, meat and chick peas ( channa ) for my protein requirements. As I got busier, I wanted a quicker solution and decided to give whey protein a try. I chose this brand as my first protein and needless to say I was super impressed !It tastes really good.. kinda like milo with a slight hint of complan 😁 A bit on the sweeter side. Mixes very easily in a shaker. Expect foam if made in a mixie or blender. I read online that foam is infact an indicator of good quality protein and some brands add emulsifiers to reduce it. But anyhow it didn't cause gas, bloating, constipation or diarrhoea. It's quite fulfilling too. But do remember to stay hydrated !On the whole this is a great Indian product giving tough competition to international brands. However there are only 26 servings per pack and it's slightly lesser than 1kg. They have 1kg packs in unflavoured protein but other brands like nakpro and my fit fuel are offering flavoured ones with similar amino acid profiles for the same price so I've decided to try one of those for comparison. Also, the quality of the zip lock could have been better. It doesn't close properly so I had to find a separate air tight box to store it. If Xlr8 would look into these minor issues and actually fixed them, I'll continue using this forever !Note : No matter what protein supplement you use, results will be seen only with proper diet and exercise. If you do not workout, then there's no need for the extra protein so your body simply lets it go. Atleast that's what my understanding is but please do your own research before using any supplements. The one i'm using is unflavored and as the name says it is completely raw. I have taken about 7 servings so, I'll just rate down my observation.Digestion: 3/5 - I feel like this one does not digest properly, I feel slight cramped down my stomach. Whey protein is supposed to be quickly digested but I don't get the same feeling with this one. Although I feel some effect on muscle soreness and other but, digestion problems is constant and because of it I feel stomach cramps for past few days, especially on days when I take it.Mixibility: 3/5 - Because it is completely raw, I assume they have not added soy lecithin (or any other emulsifier) which is suppose to complement its mixibility. It'll generate lather over the top so, it is best adviced to prepare it atleast 15-20 min in advance to avoid any bloating later. If you'll drink immediately you might see bloating.Taste: 4.5/5 - Completely neutral and tasteless, no bitterness. You can drink it straight without any sweetener. So, make a protein shake or add sweetener or honey to compliment as to your liking.Scoop size: Serving size is supposed to be 30g approx. but the scoop is smaller compared to scoop provided by other brands.Packaging: 4/5 - Packaging is similar to other brands, completely air tight. But it would be best to shift the contents to a container otherwise, the powder will appear to be caked (not actually caked) and may affect mixibility.I don't know what is the deal with flavored and how better it is compared to unflavored, I choose try this one because of others claims of it (flavored) being good. Unflavored has high protein content compared to flavored, as they claim in their reports, however, seeing the price increase recently, it is not worth the effort when other brands are providing better in same price. You might have to take digestive enzymes as well with this because it causes stomach issues.

The Nutrition combination is best of it's category.I ordered the chocolate flavored that contains 24gms of Protein per scoop.The order was delivered to me within just 24hours! I never experienced such a fast delivery of supplements till date from Amazon. So If you today just finished your Whey concentrate, order it now. You will not miss the Whey in your next gym season tomorrow.Frankly speaking I am very hard to satisfy in the case of supplements. I weighted it in my weighing machine and it read 1.060kgs. So obviously it contains min 908gms of supplement excluding the package weight. So 5 stars for that. No fake promise about the quantity.The powder diluted very well in cold water (I prefer my supplement cold). I used my own shaker to mix it up.The Chocolate flavor is deliberately better than other products available in same price range. A must try. The mixture was light and felt like it digested very fast. As I took it after my workout season (due to Covid19 , I can only workout in my home setup) in evening and it felt good, really good. A 5 star also for taste and digestive satisfaction.The Best part: unlike others the product verification code was inside the zipper. So there is no chance anyone can fake this product.My recommendation: Just Go for it! A 5 star is obvious for this product.Images attached for other buyers.

Too much sweetner added ,In the beginning I faced no problem but after 15 days of regular use it cause bloating, mild pain , loss of appetite and also effect your liver u can feel it like something is going wrong with your liverBetter use little bit more money and some another good brand protein 😑
