The instructions for how to use the Big Breath were nearly non-existent. After reading the very small booklet that came with the device I was unable to discern if I was to use it while exercising or as a stand alone device with a rep or time regimen. I almost returned it. I searched online for instructions on using IMT breathing devices. Too bad! I’m certain the device will work but the reputation of the company lost points for not providing adequate instructions for safely and effectively using this device.

Crap. Broke in less than the first 3 mins. Looks like some poor o-ring design now allows the air to pass through freely. If this was $5 it'd be too expensive for what it is.Oh, and lastly, the contents of the box are out gasing something fierce.

I am very pleased with this product as it is smaller and more effective than competing products. I did not expect it to have a dieting effect, but I actually feel like my chest size has decreased since I started using it. I am also very satisfied with the portability, as I can carry it in a small pouch.

This has been a life changer and works well I just tuck in my purse and it goes everywhere with me
