For the most part these taste like pineapple candies (sugar, starch syrup, pineapple juice) but also contain (swiftlet nest powder, white jelly mushroom polysaccharide/acidulant, and flavor). The "white jelly mushroom polysaccharide(s)" are complex carbohydrate chains from medicinal wild mushrooms known to support a variety of health benefits. It is unclear as to what "flavor" constitutes specifically. Swiftlet nest powder is the primary showcased ingredient, containing a high amount of collagen as well as other nutrients. I do not know what this ingredient "normally" tastes like or how hard it may be to conceal its flavor, but you mostly taste a pleasant tasting sweet pineapple hard candy with a mild other taste that comes through on occasion. Each "supplement enhanced candy" is individually wrapped, and comes elegantly packaged in a decorative tube . While the packaging is attractive and thus probably considered giftable as-is, It doesn't really add anything to the product quality or my overall product experience. I have tried a variety of other product types containing collagen supplements of other sorts, but this is the first time trying anything with swiftlet nest powder (thus I can't really comment how well this ingredient is incorporated into the product in comparison to other "swiftlet-nest-powder containing products".) This is a product of Japan, made with quality ingredients and packaged nicely. Mine arrived 4/16/23 fresh and undamaged with best by date "2023.10."(October 2023.)

The candy actually tastes great. I love pineapple, but I am struggling with the thought of eating something that was made by bird saliva. Probably not much different than the idea of how honey is made but still makes me a little squeamish. The product is marketed as candy but with the vitamins and additives included, is it candy? This is not something I would leave out for others to mistake it as "candy" as there is a recommended daily dose on the package of 1-2 pieces per day. I would not get this product again due to the cost ($1.20 per piece), and what it is made of.

Nice packaging, individually wrapped which is convenient. They're tasty pineapple hard candies, yes but there's so much going on in the product description. Somehow these candies are made from birds nests in a cave in Borneo? Huh? I read this and felt like I was reading a mad libs sheet. There's supposed to be a bunch of benefits from this candy/supplement/nectar of the birds nests, but I don't imagine any good effects will be noticable anytime soon. I'd probably have to take these for months and spend $36 per 30 candies which isn't feasible for me. I got this through Vine and really thought I was just getting some pineapple hard candies. Didn't realize it's like a specialty supplement (?) candy. If you're into this kind of thing, I can tell you these taste like a good pineapple candy. Not the kind of thing I'd be buying though.

I really didn’t know what to expect of these but nonetheless made for an interesting buy. The presentation right away is noticeably nicer than others and all candies were individually wrapped which makes it good for sharing. At first taste, you really only get pineapple flavor, nothing special. The price is definitely high but I think these make for an interesting conversation piece and it all felt like good quality. I don’t think I’d order again since the flavor was underwhelming but this would make a great gift. 8/10!PROS: Great presentation, good amount per box, good sized candies,CONS: Flavor was underwhelming

These are fun and strange candies. They have a nice pineapple flavor but have a really interesting texture.I had heard of swiftlet nests in the past but hadn't considered there would be candy made from it.I hear that there are health benefits but I really have no way to tell after eating a few of them to know if they make any difference.The taste is good and they are a unique thing to try. I wasn’t really sure what I had ordered when I got this. I thought it would just be a pineapple candy. I didn’t really know what a fledgling nest even was. I have since googled about the subject and think it’s very gross. It’s a birds nest made of their saliva. I feel like the item description needs to be more clear. I can’t help but wonder if this product is ethically sourced.

I’m having trouble taking them so I’m having trouble recommending them. If you’re intrigued, maybe give them a try but I’ve had enough.
