Electric slicer better than I ever dreamed
I have owned this slicer for several months now, and am pleased every time I use it. The cutting blade is extra sharp which makes slicing dense items very easy. I have sliced potatoes extremely thin for home made potato chips, I have sliced roast for using on sandwiches, and I have sliced vegetables for use on shish-ka-bobs. All these and so much more are done with little or no effort. Contrary to what I read before purchasing, this unit is easy to clean. (you just must remove the cutting blade before hand) and while the motor seems slow, the blade has not disappointed. I would recommend this slicer to anyone.

Great Little Meat Slicer
I've wanted a meat slicer for a while and for the money this thing is great. Used it a half dozen times in a few weeks, just slicing home made summer sausage and a small ham. It's easy to use easy to setup very intuitive functions. Blade removes easy enough for cleaning as well as the gripper. I would give 5 stars but the sliding tray does not remove it only swivels out of the way for easier cleaning. Nothing terribly wrong with that but it's he only negative thing I can say about it. I wish all the parts that get soiled could be removed for a more efficient cleaning. Yes I'd still buy it again. Yes I would recommend for a light use meat slicer.

easy to use and set up
prompt delivery, better even than described! I wanted to do jerky and it is a long wait sometimes to get the store to cut it for you IF they even will, or they cut it wrong! This is a awesome time saver cuts wonderfully!

Don’t cur accurate used one time and all it does is squeak something awful can’t get anyone to give a crap about fixing the problem especially amazon they won’t do anything about the issues
