Simple Mixes Lemon Pudding Pack

This has been a good pudding & snack substitute for me because I have food allergies. I waited almost a year to open and eat one of these because I was on a diet. I must have waited too long as all 12 boxes of the two packs had the plastic bags inside ripped on their sides, spilled out, & hardened although there is a best date of Aug 2019 (5 months to still be good). It wasn't exposed to extreme temperatures, not even in the kitchen, because it was in my pantry which is betw. my family room & hallway. I recommend not to store for a long period.

I ordered this to use with other recipes aside from pudding. The lemon flavor is perfect and to die for! My mother was so happy we found these. I can’t say enough to her jubilation that these are so good. I might actually try it for pudding but the special recipe cake we needed it for takes precedence. I will definitely order more! Thank you for such a fine product and...it’s gluten free! Yay!

The lemon pudding is good. It's not as lemony as I was hoping for, it's more of a vanilla with some lemon. Be aware when you order this, your ordering a 1 case of 6 cartons. I thought I was buying 2 small cartons, but I received 2 cases. I now have 12 pudding cartons, and it's not eligible for return.
