Good nutrients, carbs sugar and protein is all you need. They even throw in creatine in the mix which is nice to have.

This is my second time purchasing the 15lb bag. I started with the Dark Chocolate and always loved it. It mixes extremely well with milk and is smooth and tastes great. I decided to try the Strawberry Milkshake. I was skeptical but it tastes exactly like a strawberry shake and is extremely smooth. I mix 2 scoops with 16oz of whole milk. If people complain that it is clumpy or doesn’t mix well, their shaker bottle is too small. It is hard to mix in a small shaker bottle and leaves clumps in the lid area. Use a larger shaker and it is incredible! High protein foods are usually low in calories unless you go to red meat. This is a great alternative if you are on the go or simply not hungry or in the mood to eat solid food and get your protein and calories in. The cost is amazing also compared to other brands in a smaller plastic container. It lasts me forever. I will definitely be ordering the Strawberry Milkshake again! Highly recommend!

Very happy with this product. High calorie, protein and carbs. Vanilla tasted good and the price was right.

The product seems generally good and has a good price but I'd say avoid the vanilla ice cream taste. Has a chemical taste to it and reminds me of toothpaste but not in a good way. Hard to swallow. Will use up mine mixed with other powders but not reorder it.

Seems like a decent product, and taste good. At least the cookies and cream. It mixes well also. Tastes a little sweet seems like it has a lot of sugar but maybe it's naturally occurring. I hope they're not actually adding any. It would be interesting to see an independent lab analysis.

The taste(vanilla milkshake) is superior to the others I've tried, and the results I've had using this stuff have helped me gain and maintain my desired weight. I usually take one of these after a workout. These shakes also make a fantastic meal replacement if you need something fast and on the go. Overall, this is the best tasting mass gainer I've ever tried and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's a hard gainer like myself, or to anyone who just wants to add some easy tasty calories to their diet.
