True to size. Can be worn tied or not. More of a true white than off white if that matters to you.

Love this! Wore it over a strapless sundress to a very hot and humid July baby shower. Lightweight and super cute for when we went inside into the air conditioning but still light enough to be worn outside too. Nice quality!
