I wanted to write a quick review to highlight the customer support I received from Rythflo and to provide some info to help folks make a decision on if these style headphones will work for you.I purchased a set of WH-01's on Amazon 5 months ago. This company and their products were new to me but because of their price points I decided to check it out. My trusty Bose SoundSports finally died on me and have recently been discontinued so I needed a new pair headphones/earbuds specifically for working out. I chose this headset for a few reasons; first I am a very heavy sweater and need something that will be protected during my cardio days, then I have small ear canals so wireless earbuds like my AirPod Pros (which I use for work) or similar type devices that have a little bit of weight to them tend to fall out of my ear when I do any kind of physical activity so I prefer the type of small earbuds I can securely place into my ear canal, lastly I prefer a wired/hybrid earbud so I can take one earbud out and let it dangle or stick in my shirt to hear/listen to anything/anyone hands free which is also helpful in case the earbud does fall out it won't go rolling around the dirty floor.I chose the WH-01's over all of their offerings because even though it was Rythflo's basic offering, it provided everything I needed for a workout specific headset and there wasn't a need for any of the other features their other headphones offered since I have other headphones that I use for other scenarios like work and travel. With that being said, the sound quality is great, I have actually taken calls and used them for meetings and they have seemed to work just fine so I have zero complaints about these especially at their price point. I was considering purchasing a pair of Beats Powerbeats Fits and getting a third-party lanyard for them but I didn't want to spend another $200-plus on a headset that I'm going to intentionally sweating all over.The only thing I don't like about them is they can be annoying when performing specific exercises where you are leaning back; bench-press, abs, rowing, etc... I have been able to make it work by putting a full twist in the wires before placing the earbuds in. Its not perfect but it works. My suggestion to Rythflo would be, it would be nice if there was an option (for when needed) to clip the two ends of the neckband together in the front of the neck so it doesn't fall off when leaning back. If you are concerned that the neck band will get in the way while doing back squat don't be, I have not had any issue with this, the bar sits well below the headset.After 5 months of heavy use my set would not hold a charge anymore. I decided to reach out to Rythflo's customer service through the Amazon app. I provided screen shots of my Amazon purchase as my proof of purchase and I received a reply from them within 72 hours. Not a hit on them but more so because of all of the scams online these days, I decided to respond to the email I received from them by sending my response/correspondence through their customer service link on the Amazon App instead of replying directly to their email. They once again responded to me fairly quickly, apologizing for the battery issue and to notify me that they were sending me a new pair.Sure, the battery issue has been an inconvenience but because of how active I am and because of how much I sweat I never expect my workout headphones to last very long. But yes, 5 months is short. HOWEVER, I would say that because of the performance of the headset, the overall quality at the price point and now the positive customer service I have received from them I would highly recommend Rythflo's offerings for someone that is looking for a headset with similar criteria's as mine. If I can get over a year of use out of the replacement pair that they are sending me, then I will continue to order new ones as needed.

I really like this item it has good range and long battery life, as well as good sound they never fall out if my ears but if they did I wouldn't have yo worry about losing them..

These Bluetooth headphones work perfectly when exercising at the gym - listening to podcasts, sermons, church services, etc. They are so comfortable that I forget I have them on. The flexibility helps to keep them from breaking and helps it fit so well. They charge super quickly, battery lasts longer & volume is louder than my previous headphones which is helpful in a noisy gym. There are a great value for the price!

Great affordable option. I listen to audio books and podcasts and these headphones work very well for my needs. Battery life is long, sound quality is same as more expensive headphones. Easy to use and lightweight.

Not as expected. After wearing this headset for several hours, they became too uncomfortable to wear, especially when working several hours outside in the heat. They are certainly durable but not as an affordable replacement for beats as I was hoping. Further they are much too large. They may be great for some who might be on a run or workout for just an hour. Or someone who might be rough on their headphones.Further, the accuracy of the images and videos are not revealing, unless you zoom in on a large screen. The videos are too poor. And they are munch longer longer around the neck then shown in the videos, which creates extra weight from pulling down on the lines to the ear buds. And have 17-1/2 neck, which is large.A little tweaking and these might be a good affordable competition to the beats. Especially at the price points they offer it at. The sound is very good, btw and they stay in the ears real well. Nice try though. Not bad at all. Just not what I need right now.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this headphones set. Sound quality is great, easy to pair with phone, I love the magnet(because I am always loosing them) and they also give you a few replacement ear buds(more than I have ever received from another set). I would buy these again! Very nice.

Don't have much time with these to talk about durability...but I was supposed to buy a crap pair of expensive safety headphones for work, these look just like them but with a much better battery, I can actually (very easily) hear them (they get quite loud actually), and the sound is better than I was expecting. No, they're not BOSE quality, but good enough where the music sounds fine to me (I'm listening to metal), and I'm going to actually enjoy myself for the first time at work now because of them. I got so tired of having to hear the rap music they play on their speaker, so now I'll never have to again, and for that I wish I could give 1000 stars lol.

I bought this after reading the reviews and as for the design it's pretty good. Regarding the sound, it is a bit muddy, the high frequencies have been cut off a bit early. Not the same as my Bose headphones but it's ok for the price.
