This is a 4 Star Review:How I determine a rating for my reviews***** (5) Stars = This item arrived just as described in the listing. All items were in the package and it worked as the listing is stated with all working parts and fit the description perfectly.**** (4) Stars = The items arrived almost as described but maybe didn't include an item that doesn't affect the way the items works or it's appearance. It's a little off from the website description. Maybe the color is off or not exact or directions aren't perfect.*** (3) Stars - The item is not quite what was described and may vary in the color, style, or description of the item which may cause the item to function different than what was described in the listing. It may or may not work as I had intended, parts are missing or directions aren't complete. I would likely keep the item but may not re-order in the future.** (2) Stars - The item is somewhat similar to the item described in the listing however it does not function or act like the items listing and/or major parts are missing or not functioning properly. Instructions may be missing or confusing to the point that makes the item unusable. I would most likely not keep the item or re-order this item in the future.* (1) Star - The item is nothing like the description, or is not the item ordered. The item does not function or act like the item that was listed and I would never re-order the item. This item is a complete waste of my time.Thank you!

Works! But a bit wonky.
This item does what it says it does. It spins at 10 different speeds while spinning two "ropes" around. There are two parts to the "ropes." The first part is a stiff wire that screws to the base with metal screws and receivers. Very sturdy. Built to last. The wire is stiff enough that it does not touch the ground - either standing still or while spinning. The second part of the wire is a soft plastic that does touch the ground while still and only on lower speeds while spinning. It works well and is fun to jump with my daughter. It is quite a workout.Positives:- sturdy construction- rechargeable- remoteNegatives:- the voice sound is terrible- the remote sometimes doesn't work- speed 1 is already plenty fast; I would have liked lower speeds for younger kidsOverall, it's well made and no regrets but it could be better.

Super cool, except you'll sweat
Wow, this little machine will kick your butt and make you sweat! At least, that's what happens to me when I use it. This thing is really cool. It replicates a skipping rope, only the "rope" stays on the floor, so you don't need quite as much space or risk knocking things over with your jump rope, haha. The Bluetooth speaker is a nice touch; the sound leave a bit to be desired, but it does work. My household all agree the first setting is a little fast, but it's supposed to work you out, so that good. This machine is actually really cool. It's fun and challenging.

Kids love this
Bought this for the kids to have fun with and they really do. Playing non stop and work up a sweat. Gives them something to do at my house when visiting. I tried it and you can really work up a sweat but I prefer a regular jumprope for workouts.

More of a toy than workout
While this does give you an aerobic workout, it is more of a toy. The counter is neat and the speaker works decently. You do neet a lot of space for this to properly function. You can turn the speed up and down, but I didn't notice any difference in the modes available. I would not recommend this if you plan on using it to work out.

Jump!
So glad there is no webcam attached,is there? Grabbed this for exercise reminiscing about liking to jump rope as a child. Super easy to set up. There are different speed levels. I am most comfortable with the machine playing music- no golden adult was hurt physically but my ego was smashed. When did jumping rope get difficult? Definitely operator error- ha, ha! Simple exercise twist, it holds your ropes, plays your music, and it doesn't hurt when the "ropes" swat you. I could do a great comedy sketch on this, entirely entertaining and unique approach to jumping rope. Give it a try, laughter is great exercise. Do NOT be embarrassed when the kids pick it up faster than you. To quote a great rock song "...Go ahead, JUMP!"

COOL ROPE SKIPPING MACHINE
This skip rope machine is cool and fun for children. It comes with a remote, charging cable and two screw on rope pieces. The kids enjoyed using it and they found it more enjoyable with just one rope at times. I did find that I had to get real close to it to get it to recognize the remote. The adjustment of speeds was a challenge to jump sometimes but they found a way. The option to connect to Bluetooth was very easy and made the experience more fun. The adults tried it too and it made for great laughs!

A pretty cool item, but better directions would be great…
I have a home gym and I am constantly looking for new items for it.I like to jump rope, but it gets a bit tedious, so when I came across this device, I thought it was so clever and would be an awesome addition. It arrived a few days ago and I have to say I am overall pleased with it. It plays music through Bluetooth and works as well as expected. There are different speeds that you can set it to and overall it is a really neat piece of equipment. The only thing I would fault is the directions. They are quite poor and a lot of it doesn’t make sense. The wording is also really odd. It makes it a little tricky to understand. But the item itself is really great and deserving of four stars.Overall, I think you’ll be pleased and it’s such an awesome alternative to typical jumping rope.I hope my review helps you to make a more well-informed decision.
