I love this product it's soft easy to use it gets really cold, only issue doesn't stay cold very long maybe 15 mins but put back in freezer it cools down quickly can use again Or buy two then can switch them up. I love this buy.

Great product!
I purchased this for after my tonsillectomy (with the intent of wearing it backwards on my neck/throat area lol) and absolutely love it. I’ve never had an ice pack that was a soft, flexible material and loved the feel of this so much! It got cold in the freezer so quickly and since it’s a gel inside I was able to bend/move it around however I needed for it to be comfortable on my body. The fact it velcros in place also comes in handy! Only down side is that I wish it stayed colder a bit longer but besides that, its great!

Excellent fit around the neck
This is a great gel ice pack for the neck. It’s adjustable and will easily fit around most necks/shoulders. Maintains its coolness. Good quality and easy to clean. Would recommend.

Comfortable gel, but doesn't stay cold long enough
I bought this to help with neck pain while I wait for an upcoming neck surgery. I needed an ice pack that would full cover the sides of the neck near the jugular area. It comes with a ziplock plastic bag to help prevent freezer burn, but I wish it came with a more durable fabric bag like other ice packs I've tried. I'm not sure how long the cheap plastic bag will hold up. I'm 5'0" tall so it was able to full wrap around my neck with good coverage. It's much easier to use than trying to balance a normal ice pack on my neck. There are large velcro pieces at the front to secure and adjust it, but these can be quite itchy and uncomfortable if you don't adjust them carefully. The ice pack itself is a semi-solid gel covered in a material that feels like a scuba suit.
